Transaction fees

ChurchPay adds no markup on transactions.

The first question every treasurer asks, answered up front. Your subscription is the whole price — we don't take a cut of your congregation's giving.

Provider rates only

You pay only your payment provider's standard card processing rates per transaction — the same as taking a card payment anywhere else. Nothing extra for using ChurchPay.

Settled to your account

Gifts and payments settle directly to your church's own bank account. Your money never sits in ours.

No hidden charges

No per-gift fee, no percentage cut, no surprise line items. Our only revenue is your subscription, so we have no reason to skim your giving.

Are there setup or onboarding fees?

No. Onboarding, data import help, and website setup are included in every plan.

What about payment processing fees?

See the transaction fees section above. Short version: you pay only your payment provider's standard card rates, and ChurchPay adds no markup.

Can we change plans later?

Yes. Upgrade or downgrade at any time; we pro-rate the difference on your next invoice.

Do you offer discounts for small churches or charities?

If your congregation is small or your budget is tight, talk to us. We would rather find a number that works than see a church stay on spreadsheets.
