Designated giving

Building fund, mission appeal, Christmas collection. Each gift stays where it was meant.

ChurchPay runs designated giving as named campaigns for UK churches. This is a product page for ChurchPay on church-pay.com, not a church website and not a demo parish.

Named campaigns with targets

A building fund, a mission partner, or a Christmas collection is its own campaign. Gifts are labelled from the first tap, not sorted later.

A giving link for every appeal

Each campaign gets a page and a QR code for the screen, the notice sheet, or the pew card. The gift arrives already designated.

Gift Aid on designated gifts too

Declarations are captured on-screen at the point of gift. Eligible campaign gifts can go into the same HMRC-ready export as regular giving.

Reports your PCC can read

See what came in for each appeal and what it was given for. The treasurer does not have to untangle one lump total.

What this page is not

Not a church charity page.

  • No invented parish, secretary, or dining-event copy.
  • No invented totals or air-ambulance case studies.
  • Campaigns you create in ChurchPay are yours. Settlement still goes to the church bank account.

See a campaign with your church's name on it.
